I recently went on a trip to Alaska, for a family gathering … I have an aunt that lives on Prince of Wales Island, which is just west of Ketchikan. This wasn’t a fishing trip and this side of my family doesn’t fly fish … So, I fly fished solo for a day and we ended up going out on the boat to mooch for silvers and halibut. Along with pulling shrimp and crab pots. It was nice to kickback drink some beers and chill with family.

I got a shot in the latest ‘Catch’ magazine, but I really wanted to post up a HUGE congrats to both of my friends who got their stuff in the July issue of ‘Catch’ magazine! Bryan ( Where to Now ) and Aaron ( Sleeping in the Dirt ) … The coolest commonality between all of this is that my shot and one of Bryan’s shots are from a trip we took to the Ferry to meet Aaron!

Both of these guys have some SOLID stuff in there so … Check it out!

Wow! I got my photography featured on midcurrent.com in the new photographers section. Its really a privilage to be up there in the company of people whos photos I study, admire and respect. If your not familiar with midcurrent.com check it out .. It is IMO the BEST fly fishing resource on the net.
